Were can I get mstnoodles harold

I download harold from the SI3D website, but am not able to get them to work since I don't have mstnoodles harold model. They aren't on the dls either. Does anyone know where I can find the model?

Ive downloaded a few of the assets from that site. Harold seems to be most difficult to get to work. So far I have about 3 or 4 problems with it that I cannot find a solution to. My issue with it though is that Ive spent nearly 3 weeks waiting for someone to authorize me to access the forums there. Ive so far been given 2 dates when access would be granted and both have passed without it happening. So I cant seek help directly from them.
I have managed to get some of the others working but my grandson really would like Harold. And more to the point his favourite is missing. Has anyone seen Cranky about? The docks just aren't complete without Cranky.
