Welcome to Mars 2020-Ver2

The year is 2020 and the exploration and colonization of Mars has had great progress. Its now a double mainline and a fledgling mining operation.

There are three major areas:

First is the portal yard this is where trains are brought via portal from either Earth or the Moon. Supplies are handled here to go either to the colony or the mine.

Next is the colony where the workers are housed

The last area is the mine where iron ore and minerals are extracted and sent back to earth.

I have modified this map the original is on the DLS.

Also feel free to post any futuristic or other worldly screen shots.

I thought I'd let you know, you can change the colour of the sky, just by tinkering around with the settings in surveyor, you can make the sky red, now that is something you can't do in Railworks...

What locos do they use out there? There's hardly any air on Mars, things need to be airtight!

But heres a train transporting workers from the mine to there housing.

Well that could be done if you had a tank on board carring oxygen. I sugesst you could maybe make an oxygen tanker for use on these trains, jus a simple reskin of something else would do fine.
