Weird issue with loading products in surveyor

Hi guys, I keep having this weird issue in surveyor when I go to add loads other than what is listed for ALL rail-cars in game. I hit the big plus button and the product pop-up is empty and I get a script error telling me these 2 things: JRTraincar: Thread exception: ER_Exception, Line 2268 file vehicle.gs (2)
JRTraincar: Product filter.Does Not accept produc>Null product (File product Filter.gs)

Any ideas on how to fix this?

The most common cause of the problem is the presence of commodities in your Trainz database which are faulty or have missing dependencies.

At best, deleting any commodities that your Content Manager flags as faulty or have missing dependencies will solve the problem.

At worst, if this does not solve the problem (as was the case with me) then you will have to delete ALL the commodities you have that are not built in. In this case you can then selectively reinstall those commodities needed for routes and sessions that you use.
