Weather and fog settings

in TS12 how can i make the hazy-like fog go away? i want bright sunlight. I have used the enviroment[spelled wrong maybe] settings and have made it worse. i am set at high noon and no clouds. thanks for any help

When you open the game in the upper left corner there is a Main menu button. Push that and go to options. You will see the good and bad weather fog there.
