WC Shotz

Thanks and its good to see the Wisconsin Central do a full takeover of the Emily Birch Bay route! A fun little model railroad with lots of great scenery detail!

A lone WC SD45 has duties today unloading ore cars here at the ore plant in Escanaba....WC trains labeled SORE bring these trains in

Very cool! Looks like things are coming along nicely in Escanaba! Are you going to put in the ore docks too?

I would if they still had them there.....They do ground loading as you can see here:

And that is how I got mine set up just like that there

That's right. I forgot they use the conveyer belt system now. Very neat. Having that system on the sim must be pretty cool.

Not to bad of a day today here in Wisconsin....Out taking pix and decided to shoot the GenCor job today...As the train goes on by we see a feller also enjoying a hobby...He is out on the Mountain Bay Rec trail that was once the CNW tracks that ran from here all the way west to Wausau

A few pics from my fictional WC yard.

Nice fictional WC yard you have there! :Y:

I always thought of creating one of those, but I have been so busy building the Tomahawk/Bradley/Rhinelander areas from up north.

L547 the Powers-Pembine-Goodman local is seen here making its required stop here at Pembine before heading east back to Powers

A shot WC local heads out of Prentice and makes a quick run to Bradley where it will meet the Wausau train and swap cars there

Train 17 gets on its way as it pulls its train out of Stevens Point Wi and heads over the Wisconsin River on its way to Wausau

Caught the Rhinelander Local that runs between Bradley and Rhinelander

Getting ready to leave Bradley

Crossing County Rd N

Making a stop here for supper

Nice! I have been so damn busy with training for CP that I don't even have the time to mess around with Trainz now. Its a shame because I spent long hours day to day building the route too. Good to see it is getting used though! Post more pics!
