Water Tower

I got a problem I want load water at water tower. I put pick up water as command every time my loco get to the tower the loco do not stop but go on the next stop. My tender is empty. How can I solve this?

what steam engines do you use,if you used a steam engine with a tender that picks up water on the move like for instance a k5b and the PS4 class locomotives,both have tenders that have functional water scoops,but,for small and medium steam engines,I figure it might be a good idea to stop your steam engine at the tank with the tender under the spout and it should fill up and after that,put the cursor over the tender and it should read 'hold down control' and click to view the details and from there,you should find the water level for the engine your driving!

Make sure the water tower you are using is interactive also. It took many tries to discover you need an interactive water tower and a tender that will take on water.
