Video problem after reload

I recently formatted my hard drive and reloaded Trainz2009. I also updated all drivers at the recommendation of Trainz after reload. Now in surveryor, I get a flashing something in the upper left of the screen and if I zoom in on a base board the picture jumps back and forth continuously. Before the format everything worked fine and I haven't changed the video card or any hardware. I tried dumping Trainz and reloading again only to get the same problem. Any ideas?

I get that occasionally, for me usually it's fixed after a reboot. Appears after alt tabbing out of Trainz. Also appears after starting up and closing off Trainz multiple times and playing other games, surfing and what not, without rebooting.

What card, ATI, Nvidea?
We've had people updating to the latest drivers, getting problems then finding their card with those drivers wont work on there OS properly.
And only when they go to manufacturers website do they find this.

Thanks all. As it turns out you were both right. I had updated my video driver. Using another driver and rebooting seemed to do the trick.
