I brought new computer. Trainz 12 installed. And Trainz running like not smooth speeding. What's wrong with video card.

It doesn't meet TS12's requirements. I think that's an integrated chip, not discrete. Trainz (and most modern games) require a discrete video card, and a reasonably powerful one to boot. Integrated cards aren't really meant for gaming, except maybe for some older games. And that 3000 would be a weak on even if it were a separate, discrete video card. You'll need to add a discrete video card, and what you can get will depend on your power supply and how many Watts it can put out. Please post detailed specs of your computer; Shaneturner has a good utility and if it's a brand-name, the brand and specific model would help. For the power supply wattage, you might have to actually look at the back of the computer (where the cord goes in) or even open it up.
 
I have a Radeon 6950 and it is as sweet as a nut. In Crysis I get 80-100 FPS and in Battlefield 3 55-60 FPS. These 2 games are regarded as the acid test of your PC's performance.
 
I hate to ask this, but is it too late to return that computer? You have very limited options as far as upgrading and none are very good. Those slots are PCIex1, and almost all video cards nowadays are PCIex16. That refers to how fast data can be sent back and forth between the GPU and CPU and you are limited to 1/16th the potential communication speed.

Newegg has a few cards that will fit a PCIex1 slot. The GT520 or the ATI HD5450 are about the best you can do.
 
That's them. In your case, I'm probably going to make a rare exception and recommend the ATI card over the nVidia 520 even though the 520 might be a hair better, because of the driver and power supply issues.
 
I got new video card. It's look ggod with trainz.. And so I neeed to know about look good for textures and good graphic for trainz. Trainz options and Nvidia Panel Control follow up good smooth.

I'm not sure what you mean. I guess you mean settings? It all depends, on your monitor, what kind of performance you are currently getting, etc. and most of all, what YOU think looks good.

I have a 4x3 CRT monitor (long story, I dislike LCDs and most LEDs, especially widescreens). At any rate, I run at 1280x1024. You set your desktop to that before going into Trainz, but set Trainz to run at that resolution as well. You have to try DirectX versus OpenGL and see if one runs better than the other. I don't turn up AA to much, no more than 4x looks good enough.
