I downloaded the Maryland and Pennsylvania terminal railroad route from the federal productions website and got that error for the asset "1954olds blue" how can I fix it?

The car may need this line of text added at the root level of its config.txt file;

trackside 0

This transforms it from Kind scenery to Kind scenery-trackside, which shows up in Content Manager as type Track Object. Be aware that this change is only local to your installation of Trainz.
