user/kuid look up

I have been working on a route for a while now for trainz a new era and I started working on it again it says missing assets no idea what they are or who the user is that made them any help would be great thanks

and another question I have assets that I put on the route when I first started it that were ok now they have errors and don't work but don't show up on the route how do I remove them I tried asset replace that didn't work tried deleating them from the list of assets in the content manager now it tells me they are available for download

27901 - Flume for Mill (found in pack small_saw_mill.cdp)
38000 - Pigsty Log Bridge (found in pack All_the_bridges.cdp)
