Seems one of the dispatchers back west had the idea that 2 older C424s could hump a bunch of empty 86 foot auto parts cars east and then pick up a helper set and keep on going till it was off his sheets.
It was a workable idea, except no one asked the second unit. It had decided it wanted the night off and wouldn't load above run 2.
So out you went. Seems that this mess has backed up the railroad, so the DS says to move it, your blocking his line.
