Night time ;)

Sabertooth, there is two splines there, 'JVC(M)Grass & Shrubs#3b spline' and 'JVC(M)Grass & Shrubs#4 spline'. Oh, the ground textures, the Coal texture is by Maddy25 and the grass texture is one of the built-in ones I think..

On March 15th, 1975, the failing Penn Central railroad was forced to pay it's considerable debt to the Reading railroad. With now money to pay, the Penn Central sold all of its assets to the Reading. This merger was the key to saving the Reading from being dissolved into a proposed consolidated federal railroad. With the acquisition of trackage rights to both NYC and PRR track, the Reading had a straight shot from the coal mines, up to the harbors in New York.

One of the things that came out of the merger was the Reading's acquisition of all of the Penn Central's running locomotives. The Reading didn't want to go through the process of repainting all of the locomotives into Reading colors because they were still in financial danger. On the other hand, they also decided that simply patching the locomotives was too bland looking. They instead chose to follow a middle path. All of the PC logos were patched over in black. Then, living up to their nickname of the Bee Line, they painted yellow stripes on the rear, and painted other parts in the same Reading yellow. Thus the yellow jacket scheme was born.

Here we see a two SD40 Yellow Jackets, and a cream and green Geep pulling a string of coil cars through Gerrardsville.

Very nice, pics! That latest reskin is looking good, jadebullet.

Every once in awhile I have to go back to steam. This is nothing special...just me playing with my Trainz. Oh, wait a minute, I did use my SuperPanavision camera. :hehe:
