I believe it is "JR Parker Tipple" <kuid:92924:100076> by scratchy and it comes with the Coal Country route.
Here are some random shots from a thing I'm working on. First an old crossing, next a bridge across the bay, and last a lighthouse on a small island.

On a crisp morning, a trio of high hood SD40-2s and a SW1500 (being transferred) head a ''roadside' goods service, picking up at various locations along their way. The crew took advantage of the SW1500, using it to switch the industries rather than the larger locos.
