I believe it is "JR Parker Tipple" <kuid:92924:100076> by scratchy and it comes with the Coal Country route.

On a crisp morning, a trio of high hood SD40-2s and a SW1500 (being transferred) head a ''roadside' goods service, picking up at various locations along their way. The crew took advantage of the SW1500, using it to switch the industries rather than the larger locos.
