Hi Mick,
Yep, it's been inspired by Lance's great layouts. I love his style: just a couple of forgotten industrial spurs and a plenty of operational potential.
 
xawery yep great work Lance doe's for sure, I had a friend make me the Miami DEM that Lance based his spur off and there's also a article in the Great Model Railroads 2012 of another layout similar to Lance's. Anyway sorry to go off topic but great work xawery keep the great pic's coming mate i'm learning heaps from them.
