Here are some I took, all in TS12.

trainut201106100003.jpg

This is a "what-are-the-odds" photo, an Amtrak FL9 with Horizons, all in Phase 3, rounding the bend in the rain, on the Marias Pass route. (You can get the FL9 plus its amazing horn from the link in my signature).

Here is a long ATSF autorack train with 2 SD45s, a U33C, a B40-8W, a GP60M-GP60B-GP60M consist, and another U33C for power, a B40-8W and a GP60B shoving in the rear.

I had to creep into the yard at the end of the route at 5mph so I didn't derail. Here you see the autorack train beginning its slow trek.

Almost done! In the end, it took about 40 minutes, but it was fun switching with the helpers and running around the train with light power.

After putting the caboose on the caboose track, I coupled the helpers to the front of the main power and ran light back to where I came from. Here, all power for the train is coupled (a B40-8W, GP60B, U33C, GP60M-GP60B-GP60M consist, another B40-8W, another U33C, and 2 SD45s) and highballing through the dense countryside.

Another busy day on the Idle Creek Railroad.

The ground rubles as a freight train rolls in, with the dare-devil driver pushing the break-neck speed of 11mph...

Chris,

You cannot upload photos on here directly from your computer. You must use a photo hosting service, such as Host Then Post.

Very very start of a US Desert Layout
Anyone know the tag in the config that changes the speed of a road??
A Highway Cloverleaf

<snip>

Jamie

The tag is 'traffic-speed' and the units are in metres per second.

Nice pics everyone - I really am going to have to get TS12...

Um..? Are you referring to my earlier attempt to paste the screenshots in? I used Flickr, but my browser (Firefox) entered a link of some kind. Using Internet Explorer fixed that though.

wow ronayne, is that route available anywhere? Or is it yours? looks great!

Thank you! :D Its my W.I.P. route. A lot of the great content used is from TrainzItalia's Sherman Hill route.

Its just a small, pioneer railway (with dirt ballasted tracks), somewhere in the drier parts of the USA.

Yes...Someone is Finally Making This Route!

Hi all,

I've recently started work on CSX's and SEPTA's West Trenton Line. I started about two hours ago, so bear in mind the route is still in its VERY infant stages, but since no one has seriously stepped up to the plate, I'd figure I'd take a shot!
