honestly i read the above thread ,and then i did a bit more editing ,if you choose to attempt this READ the above thread ,and make copies before doing anything. i also have the atsf c30-7 and i'll be dammed if i can get it to stackfire, but these baby's put on a regular show !!!!!!!

it's not modded in anyway just as it came from JR's item of the week ..with the exception of editing the config file ...i have a fair collection of JR's locomotives as well. the quality is first rate i also have a few of RRmods motive power as well also a nice product.

actually it brings back memories of the mid and late 1970's , i grew up in milwaukee wi. and spent endless hours , watching the u -boats on the milwaukee road..brother were they beat to hell, and stack fires were the norm.

here is what i got

here we caught a local coal train from the east headed west going through a rock cut

here we sit at the west end of the rock cut as 1838 begins to enter the rock cut

here we see again at the end of the rock cut as 1838 exits the rock cut

here we see her flying by at 55 mph past hwy 4 and fowlwong the 35

looking out of the cab we see a local corn grower that the trucks handel

here we see the farmer inspecting his tractor

here we see 1838 crossing the first bridge that crosses the river
(she has slowed back down to 35)

here we see her on bridge 2

here we see her on the other side of the interstate bridge

here we see her slowly passing the wreck of 73 (the remains)

Muggy morning in Potomac Junction

The morning dew is just about drying on the rails of the B&O mainline - the N&W cutoff can be seen veering to the right.

The Trash collectors are making their rounds, while in the background, the grills have just been turned on in preparation for the morning regulars at Dave's Diner.

Several locomotives including some "borrowed" power idle in the small B&O shops and yard.

The crossover between the B&O and the WM waits silently for the first train of the day.

A short local breaks the morning silence, as it approaches the Potomac River crossing before heading through town.

The local heads over the crossover with the B&O, viewed from the switch to the loco shops.
