Lot of people have or have had that title for some time without actually being banned.
As long as "Banned" is not a "protected title" everyone can put that there. It might just be his next creative title; he has had many different titles recently.

Well, a lot of people have been getting banned lately. Jackson, Trainman, now Deadpool? There have been a considerably large amount of fights here, though...
And Enzo1 too! I haven't seen any here for some reason when I search for latest posts. The question is why? It looks like a lot of people are getting banned for no reason!

It's especially jarring to see Jackson banned, if you're talking about Barno. He moved on to a relatively quaint little forum called Elvas Tower, and he's been sharing shots of his fictional railroad, the Lake Erie & Eastern, in their route design forum. He's taken a liking to one of my fictional railroads for MSTS and even recreated their crack train's passenger cars in Trainz.
Yeah, i was talking about Mr. Barno. I remember Elvas Tower from my MSTS days. Nice little place. Great steam engines for MSTS.

We only give infractions or ban users if they have broken the rules, as outlined in the Code of Conduct. Often, we will also remove the posts (or the content from a post) that has resulted in the infraction/ban, and as such you may not see them. As we use an infractions system, multiple infractions (depending on how many infraction points are received) may result in a temporary ban (100 points is a 2 week ban, 150 is 1 month, 200 is 2 months). Different infractions give different numbers of infraction points, and this does include some that give a 100 point infraction if our moderators deem it necessary.
