As Chadd04 said, it is made by a Swedish friend of mine, "bear_ludd" (Per Bjoern), I just beta testing it (we have cooperated a little bit earlier, and the locomotive in the pictures has my textures ).
It will be released when it's ready.

The only thing missing from your pictures are animated points, if not for that missing feature ... Your screenshots look totally real !

I just love the total vegitation weed killer car ... perfect for eradicating every highly invasive genus of Speed Twees !
