I can't think of who made it but search OK Interurban on the DLS (make sure you have 2004 selected as a search option as it is an '04 asset.)

Grinding Flanges.

Time for some flange work on the Mojave Sub, center of gravity and pitch of wheels does what it needs to, but flanges are working out in this shot as ATSF 844 leads a BNSF bare-table.
