Thought I'd post some here to. 2 pics from the age of fast freights.
First, D&RGW F7 #5771 leads a freight consist heading east.
And second, a UP Gas Turbine locomotive leads a super-heavy freight at the same place, only this time heading west.

Out of curiosity how are those 36"ng cars on the ties my friend?

No I did not swap the trucks. But how the wheels are made, they almost fit 30in. From the side it looks fine. I need baggage cars/RPO cars, those do just perfect.

CURSE YOU GOOGLE IMAGES!!! I typed D&RGW F7 into GI and a pic of #5571 in that livery popped up. Oh, well, I'm not the world's strictest person when it comes to prototypical railroading.
