A question to all:

Are there any good 1950's style American stuff on the DLS?

eg.
Barns
Shops
Houses
Track
Stations
People

There is quite a bit of 1950's type stuff on the DLS, if your doing a 50's route, you might want to add a touch of some 30's and 40's stuff as well, dinorius_redundicus is one creator who has done a few 50's era cars and trucks, as well as kree8tivit, gatorail is another one who has done some 40'sish type cars and trucks, do a search and check off all earlier versions of trainz, and also look for whecsailor.

For airplanes that would have been flying in that era, look for content created by minitrix, then there is plenty of rolling stock and locomotives out there to be had, and not only on the DLS.

Yeah, that 50's era region from Maxwerks is great, I also downloaded his 1920's region and look forward to using that on another route.

I think that is one of those tracks that is supposed to be used as a transition between two ballast colors, but maybe he just liked it like that. It does look a little stripey, but I didn't notice it until you mentioned it.
