Uploading updated content on DLS.

Hi chaps, I have uploaded a few routes to the DLC. I have updated one of them,
but when I try to upload it I am being told that the asset is already on the DLS.
Pardon my ignorance, but I thought that as the route has been updated, and
therefore contains different content, it would become a new asset. What am I
doing wrong? One of you kind chaps will be sure to know.

Have you incremented the KUID - for instance from xxxxxx:yyyyyy:1 to xxxxxx:yyyyyy:2? See:

Go to Content Manager, right click the asset, select "create new version". It will automatically give it a new version KUID. Upload that and it will replace the previous version, making it obsolete and show up for others as update of the old version.
