Your timeline shows Trainz+ and TRS22 so the option to choose between Surveyor 2.0 or Surveyor Classic (i.e. 1.0) should appear in the Surveyor drop down Edit menu of your Trainz Plus (which is what you had previously launched as TRS19).
Your launcher window should show Trainz+ in the graphic image and Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 Launcher on its top menu bar.

Correct you need to install Plus separately from the correct download, 22 does not update to Plus, I have both 22 and Plus installed there is now a clear separation in the update streams between Plus and TRS22.
If you have Trainz Plus then you are, in reality, already running TRS22 "on steroids" with all the Plus only features added in. My timeline has both Plus and TRS22 but I do not (yet) feel the need to install TRS22 as a separate program so I am only running Plus.
I actually have two installs of Plus, one is set to the beta stream and the other to the "retail" or non-beta subscription stream.
