Updating TS12 from 47059 to 49922

I'm a bit puzzled about how to go about updating my TS12 which currently is at version 47059.

The patch for TS12 mentioned in the Auran sticky message patched TS12 from 48249 to 49922 and - as I read it - the patch won't work on my version.

The phantom patch again, no idea why that one got lost however Shane has it covered, link to patch on this page http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php/patch-links-for-ts2009-ts2010-ts12/ts12 need to patch from 47059 to 48249 first then 48249 to 49922
