Updating profile to show ownership of Trainz 2004 through 2012

How does one change the profile to reflect all of the editions of Trainz that you own. I have 2010 and 2012 but I can't add those to my profile -- it shows me up to 2009 and yes, I registered the new programs at the Auran website.

If you are sure that you have registered them to your account, you may want to contact Helpdesk, as they are the only ones who can sort it out.

Click on the "Planet Auran" tab above and check through the options on the left, you may have just forgotten to press the "Add" and "OK" buttons in the registration area.

Hmm, this seems to be an error in the forum software. I have the same problem with "Railway Simulator powered by TS12". I've issued a ticket on the helpdesk for this and recieved te answer they're working on fixing this.
As for the serial numbers, if they show up in your profile page there's nothing you can do but be patient. ;)

To everyone, "thanks!" I think Jananton has it right. I've done everything that's been said and I printed a copy of the page o Auran site that lists all of my registered programs. I will just have to wait until the problem is corrected and Auran updates the profile.

Julius,

One thought on this...

Have you tried logging out of the forums, clearing your cookies, and logging back in?

This sometimes fixes things like this as it forces the browser to reupdate data.

I don't believe that that program is scripted to show on your profile. Its specifically Trainz games, not other games powered by the trainz engine.

Hmm, wouldn't you think that would have been mentioned when I got a reply from the helpdesk. :hehe:

Additionally, logging out and in again and removing any cookies didn't do the trick...

Railway simulator powered by TS12 is TS12 in local packaging, it is listed in the options when you register and it should still show up as TS12, assuming you registered under the same name as you are using on the forum.
