Did you shut down your computer right after using Trainz? Long story short, Trainz is a database-driven application, and there is a background process called TADDaemon.exe which manages the Trainz database when it or CMP is running. If you shut down your machine before TADDaemon has a chance to finish it's thing, you may corrupt your asset database, forcing an automatic database repair next time you run Trainz.
