When a kuid in CM says Update Available where do you get the update from? The ones I'm looking for for Indiana Western 2010 will not update from the DLS so wher do the updates come from?

If you have not already done so, make a note of the kuid number and do a search on DLS via the Download Station link in this Forum. If your kuid ends in a :1 (or :2 etc) then omit those last 2 characters. They are revision numbers and you want DLS to show all revisions. Hope that works for you.

As a general comment, I rarely use CMP to search for kuids due to its apparent inadequacy in that area. I always go direct to the DLS page and search from there.

Unlike Colin, my CM3.3 works pretty good. To get updates I right click the kuid and select View Asset Versions, then click View in main list and pick the latest version listed for download.

Another method using CM: dragging the item across to the download helper panel.

Content Manager should then identify and add the latest version into the list directly underneath the parent asset (the old version)

Sometimes Download Helper does not recognize the latest version.

Follow these steps:

Right Click the item
View Asset Version
View in Main List
Drag the Asset Version with "DS" Symbol to Download Helper Area.
