Unofficial Copy of CLL released without my permission!!

Hi all it appears a user known as Leshick has released a copy of CLL without my prior permission.

Please don't download!

How do I pursue this with N3V, apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place.

[Edit] I've raised a helpdesk ticket and the asset is on the DLS.

Contact the helpdesk if it has been released on the DLS and you can proof to them to be the original creator. N3V will then remove it from the DLS.
If it is not released on the DLS but on a 3rd party website, you will have to complain there about copyright violation and N3V can't help you.

It's been since february he uploaded it but his account is locked but it can be still downloaded

I would think the fact that it's got Berkshire Trainz emblazoned on the Thumbnail is more than enough evidence who's route it is!

May I ask who's username the illegal copy was uploaded with?
Reason for asking is that I'm making a UK route and don't want to run into any problems with unknown assets.

This wont effect your route as it was a route that was uploaded not assets

It would have been interesting to see what improvements, destruction, or modifications he made ... This kind of unauthorized release and redistribution of routes makes me not to want to release my route due to unauthorized piracy.What type of tag in the route config file would make it totally possible for anyone to modify the route ?I believe that if a route is not from the DLS, it is impossible to lock ones route from modifications ?
