Use Content Manager for this.

To find what products a traincar can handle, set the CM3.3 Search to Category - rolling stock plus Location - local. Find the car in question, right click and select View Dependencies to get a list.

To find what products an Industry can handle, set the CM3.3 Search to Category - Industry plus Location - local. Find the industry in question, right click and select View Dependencies to get a list.

To find what assets can handle a product, set the CM3.3 Search to Category - Commodity plus Location - local. Find the commodity in question, right click and select View Dependent Assets to get a list industies and railcars that handle it.
