There are strict rules involved regarding distribution of assets. Only the content creator is able to distribute their assets unless they have given express permission to someone else to distribute it. N3V do not look kindly on users distributing assets that are not theirs without permission from the author.
I just now came across this posting, because I was having the same problem. So, for anyone else who needs to fix this asset, I've found that the Yellow Corona (<kuid2:45324:10102:2>) from btvfd's Metrolink 540 SW1500 works pretty well. But if you want find your own, it has to be taken from an asset that has a working flashing beacon up on the cab.
