Unit Container/Intermodal Trains

Is There A Way in trainz to set a specific container or a trailer for intermodal car to make unit trains? (Ex. Ups Trains, And I see tons of emp containers cars) I would Like to be Able to do this rather than having it randomly select trailers and containers to load on the cars.

I don't believe there is a way to do that. Maybe if you got a UPS load from the DLS and it was its own load. You could load up the cars with only that load.

You could probably do it by creating the relevant loadout assets from scratch, and then setting the relevant cars to accept them as loads. Short of that, I don't think so. Of course, I am by no means an expert. YMMV ... :wave:

Clone the wagon, then delete all other kuids for loads except the one you want. You'd do this in the config file of the clone.
Name it so you recognize it. If you make a mess of it just delete the clone and start again until you get it right.

Other that creating a container from scratch, Fran's method is the way to go. For starters you need all of Pev's tools if you are going to start modifying assets, they will make cloning & modifying assets a lot easier!

Yes there are, but if you only want for eg JB HUNT 53 ft containers you could delete all other im references apart from that . Hopefully then you would have 2x 53 ft JB HUNT containers on every well car.
