I guess it would depend on the family. If a family like trains or don't care about the train waking them up, it would be a fine location for them, but not so much if families would rather not be given a rude awakening.

From what I read it's only 1-2 trains at most a day and the first is always at 7:30. The shaking would suck but yeah, if you work Mon-Fri 9-5, then you're probably getting up at that time anyhow so it's almost like a free alarm clock. :hehe:

Bargain, Would love it. Like having a model train set in the back yard lol.

7.30am freight train, is no big deal. I got 4 kids under 5, so I am awake around 4.30am every day before work anyways.

I bet there are more like this around the world.
