Underground Help!!

Hey

Im making an attempt to build th london underground! Im mostly using the AJS stations and tunnels kit for the sub surface lines, Ill also be using a number of other items from other sources.

however im still looking for more bits for the layout, mostly things to "decorate" the tunnels things like pipes and cabes. the main thing i want to find is a spline for the cables that run along the sides of the tunnels also im strugling to find some decent underground signals.

If any one knows where I can find these things please let me know!

This may help.
Try concrete cable run large, concrete cable run medium and concrete cable run small on the DLS. by greateastern, can't remember if I had to fix them or not but am using them in TS12.

Search Cable run in CM should bring all of them up.

I seem to recall cable runs for TRS2004, probably by spanner - worth looking.

I found conctrete ones but what im looking for specificly is the four to six black cables you can see running along the walls in underground tunnels, does any one know if they exist on the dls? or if some one could make them? or guide me on how to make them on blender then transfer them to trainz as a splene?

Hi.

I too have looked for something similar but the closest I was able to come was by using Woodhead communication cables. Fire 'woodhead' in to the DLS search.

Now, they only consist of 3 cables but by placing two together and raising the height of one, you can get the 6 cables together. It's well fiddly though!

I have made my own tunnels for my Widened Lines route. They include cable runs as part of the spline, and look quite good. It's not difficult to make a tunnel spline, it's just an extruded shape with the texture applied on the inside. Make a 16m and a 4m version and use the short one for tight curves.
Also set the track in the tunnel to "istunnel" and your track view (#2) will come down into the tunnel instead of looking over the top of it.

Mick - thanks for your help once again! If only I'd known this when I had a go at making the tunnels for my Paris Metro project. As it is, the only way of seeing the train in my tunnels is to drive it. Now with your tip I shall be able to follow it on the surface until it dives below.

hello peoples the underground project is going well but i still need more!!

primarily looking for walls with arches in them and other underground style walls that work with ajs

also im looking for undergound trains, ive got D stock district line and what seems to be a 73 stock deep ground trains but i need other stocks of tube train for diferent lines and ideally a better version of the 73 stock I have

ideally I need 09 and S stock
