Unable to start TS2009

HELP I AM TRYING TO START my TS2009, after clicking on the icon on my desk, nothing happen, All my other progams start and run normally, I have also done a system restart . Can anybody suggest a way of restarting this program

Hi

Have you tried to load it through the main program icon rather than the shortcut.

c:\Auren\TRS2009

Try and locat the folder on your hard drive that contains the main program files and click on the main exe file from there

Are DirectX/.NET Framework installed correctly? Also try running the shortcut as administrator if running Windows Vista/7.

Unable to start

Thanks for the info but i Have tried all methods suggested before I put this post up. It Looks like that I may have Uninstall and then reinstall the program. But how do i this. As the serial Number for the disk has already been registered.

Don't worry - as long as you use the the same username and password as before, you will be fine. (I have had to do the same myself)
