Unable to register trainz url registry key.

Hello!!! to everyone in the forum. I just recently reinstalled my trs 06 program on my pc ; along with my brand new fresh out the box trs 09 ; which i'am not having any trouble with . As soon as i open my cmp i recieve an error message that read's " Unable to register trainz URL registry key " . It also say's the same error message when i try committing content. I just don't understand this because trs 06 has been registerd for year's. Thank's i gladly accept any feed back.

and if run vista read below:

After you have installed TRS2006 as a administrator on Microsoft Windows Vista:

Right Click the following files in the TRS2006 Directory below and select compatibility tab and tick the small square box ----> Run this program as an Administrator.

CCP
Launcher
Trainz
TrainzDiag
openGLextensions
gsc
gse
TrainzUtil
