Unable to place signals on routes in TRS19 Platinum

Each time I try to place signals on any route I've tried, I get the message, "Not compatible with this type of track". I have picked signals that are already on the track but still get the message when trying to place the self same signal.
Is this a known issue and if so what is the remedy?
This is the only issue I have come across, otherwise the "Platinum" package is brilliant, in my humble opinion.

There's a quick fix.

Close TRS19 if you are in the program its self.
Open up Content Manager
Search for category track
Installed
Built-in = false.

Open up the track for editing. If you have a lot, do this in batches.
Wait a minute or two to let things settle down.
Select a bunch of the tracks, right-click and pick Submit.
Do this in batches if you have a lot of track splines so repeat for as much track as you have.

This is a known bug, which was reported and recently the QA Team contacted me again to go over the cause, which is very elusive and essentially unknown, and the remedy. They are hoping to repeatedly reproduce this so they can fix it. The bug initially occurred in T:ANE.

Thank you John for your response.
I followed your directions and now all is working fine!
I could not find any reference to "Built-in = false", not even in the config text ?
A substantial number of assets showed as "open for edit - faulty" and these showed "yellow" obsolete build number, "red" two references to 'image files', I cleared these by 'reverting to original'.

Again thank you.

Regards RICHARD

You're welcome. I'm glad that worked for you.

That would be by setting up the filter in Content Manager. You did the right thing by reverting those that had the error.
