Unable to download to Trainz period.

I have Trainz 2004 and 2006. Every time I try to download any locomotive, it fails. Here is what I get when I'm in the content manager....

Checking that your username and password are valid and that you have a registered serial number
CMP error cannot find your profile or you do not have a valid serial number. Please check your Planet Auran Profile
Download helper...must be registered.

I have registered the Trainz game. I place my user name and password in each time. It does no good. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would appreciate any help. Some of the trains I have attempted to download make it as far as the railyard, on the little pictures on the side. They do not appear as a full image, however, and cannot be added to any map.

Sounds like you are missing dependences or have faulty dependencies. Have you checked in CMP to make sure there are no faults or something is missing.
