Unable to DL from cart

Hi;
I am unable to DL any content that is in my DLS cart. When using Firefox (3.6.3) I get the following warning when I click the Download All button in the cart:
I am running TS2010_SP2 (CM3.2)

"Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (trainz) isn't associated with any program."

If I try using IE8, I get the error as well, except it just says that the webpage cannot be displayed (standard message).

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate.

I have checked the file associations, and have .cdp, .cdp2, and .cmpa associated with Content Manager.

Computer savvy - but a Trainz newbie. Every time I try to click on the link in the previous post - I get some forum generated message saying "SMaz, you do not have permission to access this page."

I've got the First Class Pass as well - if that makes a difference.

Running Win 7 Home Premium - SP1 - with FF 10.0.2

So, what needs to be done?

Are you running the program as the administrator? This is VERY important.

Link works fine at my end.

Basically, Trainz must be set to run as administrator (http://trainz.shaneturner.co.uk/tutorials/index.php?page=running-as-administrator)

If using Firefox, the process is more complicated, and I will need to find the correct forum link related to it.
