Yes, that's quite a big hint!
Just need to finish the scripting and create a new html and it's ready. This one is different as I'll need to remove all the headcode functionality etc. from the script so it's a major rewrite.

Bodysnatcher = Class 57. So called because of the Class 47 origins, I.e. the bodies were "Snatched" from Class 47s. The original ones had not much work done to them IIRC, but a great big GM lump installed in them (the most significant thing), these being Freightliners Snatchers. Later snatchers were a lot more drastic than a GM lump installed.

I've also heard a different explanation for the "bodysnatcher" nick-name: The original batch were intended for dragging dead Pendolino's

On this one I think WEN is right as the first batch was done for Freightliner and were classified 57/0 and the only work done to them was Multiple working removing, engine swapped & Alternators swapped. AFAIK but I am willing to be proved wrong
From what I recall, Freightliner's dozen were demics and I don't remember any being fitted with multiple working. The engines were, from memory, manufacturer reconditioned ones and the alternators taken from withdrawn class 56s - and rewound, as the GM engines turn in reverse to the '56s own Paxman ones.
The project is definitely heading in that direction....
I could do with a route to offer me some operational diversion from the constant toil of route building (and that's only single track). I'm really tempted to download Nexus' Midshire route but my greatest fear is that, on seeing the route properly, I will deem my own efforts unfit for public consumption.
Perhaps if I drink lots of beer before doing so, I'll be just right. Hehe.

Hi Dave, can I ask which footbridge it is in that screenshot? I'm after one like that for my Trent Valley line WCML stations.
On a seperate note, which station platform(s) are in that screenshot?

Nah eastbourne has 3 platforms good guess though
I don't know the area, I was prompted by your location i.e. Eastbourne in your posts. Have you moved from Acton Bridge?
