I don't like quoting a whole load of pictures as a rule but your post was a while back and my monitor has been out of action.

It brought back a lot of memories so I shall have to put some shots up of section 3 now it is back under way.

As promised

Hi all,
I said I would post and here is the first selection of the third section of the WCL route.

1_start.jpg

1. This is where the new boards start after leaving the run from Westbury.

2_start2.jpg

2. And looking back towards the board end at the train that has not yet moved from a road bridge.

3_approach_Frome_turnoff.jpg

3. Here the train is entering the cutting that leads to the Frome turnoff.

4_entering_Frome_cutting.jpg

4. Again the same area as above.

5_passing_Frome_crossover.jpg

5. The Frome crossovers.

Thanks to Photobucket for hosting these and many more shots.

Another few

And yet a few more.

6_traversing_Frome_approach.jpg

6. On the embankment and approaching Frome after leaving the main line.

7_traversing_Frome_bridge.jpg

7. We catch the train passing over the road bridge.

8_entering_Frome_station.jpg

8. Entering Frome station.

9_Frome_station_view.jpg

9. A general view over Frome with two of my assets in view, Jewsons and Focus. The station shed was done by Bendorsey for me and I made the ticket office which is on the other side.

10_Frome_station_view2.jpg

10. A view from further back with Frome station just visible in the background with the train still in it.

Thanks for hosting to Photobucket.

There will be more as our train progresses along.

Thank you

brilliant shots angelah! wasnt expecting to see it that quick! :D

Hi williamfj2 I was wondering whether you go my pm?

Thanks
Matt

Thanks EdwardandThomas10, much appreciated.

But a long way to go yet as I am only at Bruton on this section. I have to keep stopping to make assets so it may be a long and rather slow punch all the way out to Taunton.

I wanted to use the FGW Fag Packet coaches and motive unit by Nexusdj but seem to have mislaid them. Searhed all my drives bot only found a couple of coaches and no Class 43's, so that may have been some of the data that was lost when my PC crashed 3.5 years ago. So MML ones had to be used instead.

Blessings,

Angela

Some more from the narrow gauge version of the Bradknop & Kingston Narrow Gauge Railway.
Does this shot remind anyone of Russian dolls? ;)

@LNERLover - Superb looking route there, i love small routes where you can just get on and play without having to wait an age for it to load :D any chance this route will be released for the rest of us?

Many thanks

Possibly, the route is still quite incomplete and requires me to create and in some places update some custom content. such as the blue sand tower in one of my pics on the last page. :)

Two shots from my modyfied Electric Commuter built in route, showing the re-built Tenerrife station.

Well nexus, your giddyup certainly seems to have worked. I was thinking myself how the UK thread had slowed right down. Well done that man!
