Great shots everyone some from me on angelah's WC Line sections 1 & 2

I don't like quoting a whole load of pictures as a rule but your post was a while back and my monitor has been out of action.

It brought back a lot of memories so I shall have to put some shots up of section 3 now it is back under way.

As promised

Hi all,
I said I would post and here is the first selection of the third section of the WCL route.

1. This is where the new boards start after leaving the run from Westbury.

2. And looking back towards the board end at the train that has not yet moved from a road bridge.

3. Here the train is entering the cutting that leads to the Frome turnoff.

4. Again the same area as above.

5. The Frome crossovers.

6. On the embankment and approaching Frome after leaving the main line.

7. We catch the train passing over the road bridge.

8. Entering Frome station.

9. A general view over Frome with two of my assets in view, Jewsons and Focus. The station shed was done by Bendorsey for me and I made the ticket office which is on the other side.

10. A view from further back with Frome station just visible in the background with the train still in it.

But a long way to go yet as I am only at Bruton on this section. I have to keep stopping to make assets so it may be a long and rather slow punch all the way out to Taunton.

I wanted to use the FGW Fag Packet coaches and motive unit by Nexusdj but seem to have mislaid them. Searhed all my drives bot only found a couple of coaches and no Class 43's, so that may have been some of the data that was lost when my PC crashed 3.5 years ago. So MML ones had to be used instead.

Thats ashame to hear I hope all goes well on the route and I like the sound of taunton being in the route, could hook up the west somerset railway route to it when there both released!

Possibly, the route is still quite incomplete and requires me to create and in some places update some custom content. such as the blue sand tower in one of my pics on the last page.

Oh defonatly! Im absolutely loving seeing a new update here everytime I switch on my computer!
