The wagons are nearly finished, I plan to upload them on Monday

Hi Eldavo,
A Mk1 is 12ft 4 1/2 inches high, a MK3 is 12ft 5 & a Deltic is 12ft 10 inches high. No idea about Pullmans.

These shots might be some use -:

I've checked the deltic, it's about 1-2 inches too short, and is about 1-2 inches too high. I'd say that was down to it being slightly too high on it's bogies rather than the actual model, but for a inch it's hardly worth changing it.

Nice screenies everyone.

DRS Crewe on a mission.....

First Group GBRf 87028 on hire to DRS ;) (and yes, it is a new reskin.....and yes, they are another set of retextured class 87 bogies....wasn't happy with the last ones!)

Hi Pacificseven,
I think the angle of the original screenshots exaggerated the height difference. It looks fine on that side shot youve posted.:)

Thanks for the comments:D:)
Nice shots everyone also, I'm still in a somewhat rainy mood. Here's the other end of the yard.:)

I knew that time machine would come in handy, one day

DRS86.jpg

A DRS class 86 wends it's lonely way through the countryside near Witts End, during a stormy Spring 2008 day

(incidentally, anyone know which part of the main.bmp file colours the bufferbeams?)

I bet that is what exactly the DRS Ac's will look like! Of course, the first has entered Brush

But it looks like I won't be the first to reskin it ;)

Electra, I believe this is the area where the buffer beam is contained (highlighted in red):

:)

Perhaps I should charge DRS a fee for designing their class 86 colour scheme, then ;)

Both locos are at Brush, now. Word is, both locos are being re-geared (to increase their tractive effort) as DRS have decided they can't justify using pairs on their intermodals.

Another one from the opposite end...

I didn't like the colour grading on the original logo, so changed it :D The TOPS numbers are purely speculative...
