Chasing the Buffer Puffer tour.
The route is due for release very soon, once I've sorted the AI problems around London Bridge.
37229 is at the rear of the tour at London Bridge.
37610 powers away from Borough Market Junction after a signal check, hmm I do hope the photographer received the proper permissions to use this vantage point.
Guys hospital tower and The Shard still under construction can be seen in the distance. The 375 looks like its creating quite a bit of clag! When in fact it's 37229 at the rear.

Hi guys! Wow, long time now since I've posted on here!
Happy that I've managed to get Trainz 2006 up and running, had big computer problems and had to uninstall Trainz
Luckily its up and running again perfectly fine so maybe I will be able to get some screenshots up of my new project which is Brightwater Central & Districts. Currently just started on it. Need more content though! However I will post a screenshot or two up later on.

I've been working on a rather large route over the last year or so; I think it's time I started sharing parts of it, currently version 4 of the layout, Think I'm happy with this now, so I should be able to complete it.
The route is completely fictional, but is based around UK infrastructure, and represents the modern day UK rail network, along with the odd bits from UK railway history, such as a tribute to the Woodhead line, which I was born well after the closure of, and the Mk1 style Catenaries seen along the West Coast Mainline.
This screenshot shows a pair of Class 73s approaching the future site of Exton Central Station, in the city of Exton, currently being built on the South Coast. The train is hauling ballast for the trackbed of Platforms 1-4, accessed by the four tracks behind the train.
Along with the mainline station, Exton will have a connection to the main North-South High Speed mainline, running from Whitby on the north coast (named after the Yorkshire town), down to Haverbrook in the South East. The high speed line takes a rather ironically slow sharp curve left out of the tunnels from Exton Central Low Level, built for the High Speed trains.
In the background you can see the mainline heading towards Haverbrook, with the gantries fitted for electrification. Just out of shot is Ardwick Junction, where my tribute of the Woodhead line diverges off and heads north.
I've only just started work on this area, this is why it's currently very empty, hopefully I'll have a fully built city in a few weeks time. In the meantime I'd love to hear what people think.

Pictures from my BR freight corridor, running with 35:3 freight-to-passenger ratio. Main power is 31's, homing at the junction in the North. link Sorry for the quality, need a GPU upgrade. Fictional route with yard, needing to sort out junction issues.

Gorgeous Peak meets 31, having just assisting a struggling 24 up the bank to the yard. WIP, sorry for missing track, they are the problematic junctions.

Different-location picture, many many miles away from the Freight corridor. In the far east, where my old-reskinned BR Blue Peak crosses a 37 with a suburban passenger.

66188 waits for a red signal on platform 4 of the now Completed Exton Central Station, hauling ballast for Exton's Rapid Transit network. The sand dunes, and one of soon to be many office buildings around the station. On the extreme right, a class 442 sits idle on Platform 8, waiting for a locomotive to haul it back north, along non-electrified routes.
A Class 87 and Class 47, heading the two Mk2 sets in the previous screenshot can stand in platforms 2 and 3 waiting their next journeys. The Class 442 can also be seen clearer.
An overview of the station. I still need to electrify the eastern throat (off the left side) and build the western one (off the right). After that there's the rest of the Downtown area.

Hey mate, what are the KUIDs of the ballast wagons used and are they available?
They're on the DLS, <kuid:366023:1018> I believe, unless they have been updated recently. They're IEA wagons. If you look at the screenshots with the class 66 in them, there's a JNA wagon re-textured by Nexus, which has a more detailed weathered texture, if you search for JNA on the DLS, you can find them.
There's also a site which lists a tonne of British wagons, http://www.ltsv.com/t_wag_all.php, pretty much all available on the DLS, which may interest you.
