Rapid Transit

Hi guys, had a bit of a fiddle with Glauston International. Platform 1 has now been closed, and it is only served by airport trains

92033 Berlioz on loan from DBS with a rake of spare NSE 5WES coaches.

309606 & 309313 Glauston Powerhouse 1880-1986 depart for the airport. These old 309's are slowly being phased out

An OHLE failure means only the airport trains are running today. The power for those lines is from a different supplier, and not bought directly from Glauston Powerstation, which had an emergency shutdown.

Airport rapid transit, C100 train #3 waits a clear departure track

Train #6 leaves the other end

#6 arrives at Glauston National Rail, while #3 is seen leaving in the background.

Underneath a stormy sky, brand new 350501 awaits it's departure time. The sign in background states that this is the 16:34 service. These are gradually replacing the outdated 309's.
Oh and great shots all :D

Some really great shots on here guys!

Valdore Trains has been spending some money. 24 new Class 478/3 units have been ordered for fast services on the Eppingham Mainline. Also 477707 "Sol" has been almost completely upgraded to trial the new technology onboard the 478/3s, complete with 478-style light clusters:
Seen here at Parkstone:

66250 drags 2 brand new class 478/3 units through Drodditch to deliver them to Valdore Trains' Kingswood Depot.

478312 "The Defenders" and 478303 "Hoenn 2013" pass through Honbury:

The line runs alongside the A753 (fictional) for a short time:

Before the convoy slowly trundles through Westfield, giving passengers a view of the new units:

Bulgarian 87's off for export

Nexus, I am 99% certain that is Loughborough, on the Grand Central Railway. I visit there often on my regular visits up to family in Leicester.

Great shots everyone. Just a little question before I post some screenies! How do you make your screenshots look high quality and high detailed? Mine never turn out like that.

Thanks Trainzinator

Your creations level is, in some cases, scratching reality. And especially love this 'metrera' capture (referring to a metropolitan) but it sure is for modern versions of Trainz, so I can not use.

Nice hunslet there stationmistress.
The ultimate driving machine. These will be appearing on my forthcoming UK route
