I've started replacing the AJS brickwork with the smoke-stained FMA brickwork on my station, which is loosely based on Dewsbury. I've also added a yard.

I've nearly finished my interpretation of Market Rasen, which is loosely based on the station as it was many years ago. The real version now has just the two tracks and closed station buildings. The goods shed and goods yard went years ago and became a car repair garage. It is now a Tesco supermarket and petrol filling station. I'm not sure about the overall roof, it's a bit too chunky and bright. I really want a hipped-roof, or probably nothing.

I will add this to Aby, Alford, Horncastle, Lea, Nth Thoresby and Willoughby, which I've already done and along with about ten more disused stations, make a large layout. Dewsbury and Wirksworth will become a terminus at either end. All have different track heights, which create some nice gradients. I might add a re-worked Shirecliffe, somewhere in the middle. ...Oh, I made the Skegness poster :-)

Using old-maps.co.uk - disused-stations.org.uk and several FT straight 100m, for a grid (will copy and paste), it was easy to plot this station in a couple of hours. This is the former branch line station of Spilsby, which ran to either Grimsby, Skegness or Boston, via Firsby, which I might do next. Spilsby has very little left of the railway to show. The track bed can be picked out on satellite mapping.

The warehouse was made up of 2x kuid:217096:50091 side-by-side with 3x kuid:106916:10048 for the roof and they had to be raised by +2.40.

Tried to download a few steam locos, but only two were successful.
