UK Screenshots (Hi Res Version)

Dave, your last screenshot was so realistic that I had to convince myself that it was not a photograph. I wish I could emulate your skills.

My reskin of tempest trainz class 421, I will add a better screenshot with scenary but this will do for the time being.
This unit is part of my waterloo to basingstoke project. I'm skeptical whether the route will be finished soon.

This is what I should of done for my studies because there is a model already there to set (the otherwise low) bench mark!

Signals are bloodnoks and on the DLS , Just remember to select the 2004 box when doing the search .

Points lever is called:
"White Manual Yard Lever"
Kuid:101839:20002:1
by lielestosbrat and is on the DLS , Another one that needs the 2004 box ticking before you do the search.

Great shots all :)

thank you very much the lever worked but not the signal no downloads found ohwell its not that bad but the lever is most wanted thank you greatly:D

This is looking towards the cab of the DMBS, yeah, I know, I haven't cut some holes in the bulkhead yet and it will never look like this in trainz. But I thought I'll try the lights. This is the exterior model, so I am expecting 30,000 polys. To counteract the high poly count, I've reduced the materials to 6, rather than 20 as some of my items used to have. One was about as high as 25 or so, so thats why some of my models are really bad on the frames.

In-case you don't know, each object is split up into materials and materials have a fixed call overhead. Send 20 polys over 20 materials that aren't need, that's 20 calls. send 400 polys over 1 material, that's 1 call which is far more efficient. Roughly thats the jist of it anyway, you'll see the point here: http://online.ts2009.com/mediaWiki/index.php5/Modeling_Guidelines
