@Scratchlight

The 319 is not my cup of tea as far as locos go but I must say I do admire how you seem to have got to grips with gmax so quickly.

Do you think you will soon be able to do a steam loco soon?

Good work Scratchlight, will we see the 319 at Acton Bridge station anytime soon?

Rob.

@ RossC & ex_railwayman thanks :)
Great shots Bernard 430 :cool:

Steam engine? I might give it a go in the near future, and I don't know if 319s will pass through Acton Bridge, they are replacing the 323s on the Manchester To Liverpool line and Manchester to Crewe. They may pass through Acton Bridge if they do a possible Crewe - Liverpool service, which is run by 350s at the moment.

Nexusdj owns them, you'll have to ask him for a copy. :D

I hate to say it, but the 319 just doesn't look right, especially around the front, the cab doors are omitted from the side, the windows appear to be wrong, couplings are wrong and the doors go too far into the roof and are too wide (as well as the windows are way too wide.), they shouldn't at all. I know you are starting to model, but I think you need to study some photos are bit more closely.

(Shows the side very well.)

http://www.alveyandtowers.com/lbp/i...9&category=gallery/Transport/Railway&start=0/ (This maybe of interest, study the body profile closely, you'll see where you are going wrong.)

I would say the bogies are wrong as well, as the shoes should be on the outer bogies of the outer cars, the motor bogies are different to the trailer cars, but you could substitute them for mine.

You shouldn't hate saying this, criticism is what I need in order to improve. I have already said it wouldn't be accurate, but I'm always working on it. I'll have to have a closer look at pics and, explore GMAX a bit more, because my model is made of seperate parts put together leaving small cracks and dents and the textures are so delicate and it's hard to get them just right.

Hi all.
Absolutely loving all the screenshots. I'm currently in the process of a UKModern Image Fictional Route and I'm looking for some Modern passenger content. 2 particular consists I'm looking for are the Hitachi 395 EMU and the FGW Adelante. If anyone knows where I could these consists or suggest any other content, it would be very much appreciated.
