Now that we have some more nice BR Blue tractors and duffs to play with, time to show them off utilising a new layout from Lord-Claud-Hamilton entitled Stow-Cum-Quy. Another excellently detailed, superbly textured, but very small layout, ideal for both diesel and steam traction, and my small number of screenies don't really do it justice. Whatever locomotives you put on here, I think it's Jankvis's autumnal trees that really steal the show......

Thanks for the comments everyone......

Wow, thank you so much. I'm going to have a field day with the content on this site! Nearly everything is so brilliantly (yes, I'm sticking with this word) useful. Us Aussies have been getting so Americanised, that I just spelt it 'Americanized' and had to backspace. It's great to finally find great European content that looks the way Australia used to! :D

I think you'll find that almost everything that the creators make in Europe are very useful in one way or another. This is only 1 website, there's stacks of others around in Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, etc, etc, etc, etc......Best thing I can suggest is to go onto the foreign language forums and have a look at some of the websites you will find touted about in some of the posts, you don't have to be able to speak the language, just look at the pictures and see what takes your fancy.....Best forums for the Eastern Europeans are the German and Polish threads, but, look at all the other countries as well, everything is useful, it's an absolute goldmine of information......You can also look at some of my previous posts also, I've given out lots of helpful information to Trainzers as to where to look for stuff....

Happy Trainzing.

Actually, in a lot of countries here on the continent, railroads run on the wrong (left);) side. For example Belgium, France, Switserland and a couple Highspeed lines. Here in Holland we use the Right side except on our HiSpeedLine which is under construction. HSL is a lefty due to French/Belgium traffic on the line.

The reason is quite simply because the first railways on the continent were built by British engineers. Let us not forget that railways were a British invention, and thus British railway engineers were in great demand at the time. :)
