turn baseboard or layouts

is it possible to turn a base board arround for about 90 degrees.

or if better a complete layout

i'm currently using 2004.

Are we talking about turning a Baseboard around in Surveyor or Driver ?
If indeed we are in Surveyor it is possible to turn the map in any direction with the Arrow Keys - in fact it can be manipulated to about any direction and position for ease of working.
In Driver it is limited to distance and direction of view from the vicinity of a Loco or Consist.
Perhaps a little more info as to what it required may help someone to clarify the position.

I believe that what you're describing is changing your view orientation. You're not actually changing the orientation of the boards. I don't believe that there's a way to change/rotate the boards. I wish there was.

Yes - point noted - perhaps as I said Arie may care to explain what he is trying to achieve - interpretation can sometimes be a bit clouded - a bit like being on the wrong "track".

I agree. I'm not real sure what Arie is trying to do.

I am fairly sure he is referring to turning a base board when merging it with another map so that the North orientation is now facing east or another direction. As was said it can't be done. (I do wish this was an option though)
