Are there any one or two track tunnels not attached to the dig hole system that are tall enough to accommodate double stack intermodal trains? What about tunnels that do have their own dig hole system, so I don't have to add them myself.

I found a better one. The Tunnel_Concrete_2Tracks_WideOpening <kuid2:185369:121252:1> is what I'll be using going forward. Might not be ideal or perfect but it's the best solution available. Even though I wasn't able to avoid adding dig holes at least it eliminates the need of having two tunnels. At least I can still fit double stack intermodal trains inside of the tunnel, albeit barely. Too bad there's no tunnel with tracks that align perfectly with the gray 5m and yellow 10m lines. Hopefully that'll get changed one day and we can move tunnels more freely, like in 5m increments.
