TS2012 Anniversary Edition serial number "UNRECOGNIZED" Cannot access Content Manage

Saturday, my wonderful daughter gave me the "Fancy" Anniversary Edition of TS2012. I own all version of TS since the first one was made. I actually like the product except when it changed hands to N3V, customer support went into the toilet. I know the serial number is correct and their "canned response" indicating it is user input error" is bunk. No other solutions are even mentioned so the product is worthless because Content Manager refuses to access DLS because my "serial number is not Registered". A First Class Ticket is also included that will expire in 30 days and a voucher for a discounted price but If I can't register the simulator, I refuse to use the ticket because it will probably expire before I get a response from N3V. If anyone has a solution that does not require N3V's help, it would be appreciated. Thanks, Nick

As you received the Trainz 10th Anniversary Edition, you will need to select the 10th Anniversary Edition option from the 'product' drop down box. This is due to the 10th Anniversary Edition having a separate series of serial numbers to the standard edition.

It's a selection dialogue.
You need to select the correct version using the little arrow on the dialogue to select which product you are registering. It's for all Trainz products, Click the arrow and select the anniversary Edition I think it says
